The Armstrong Way was developed by Michelle when she found herself an unexpected 50 pounds overweight after the birth of her first child. Battling with post-partum blues, being a new mom, moving to a new country, and juggling family life with her career, Michelle found herself struggling to manage her eating habits and lacked the motivation necessary to exercise. But when Michelle looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognize the woman staring back, she decided enough was enough and that something had to change. It was then that Michelle began to experiment with every tool, technique and spiritual practice she'd ever learned until she found a system that worked. She later coined her system THE ARMSTRONG WAY and began to immediately integrate it into her work as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. Today Michelle is not only 62 pounds leaner, she also placed 3rd in two categories at the Ultimate Fitness Event held in April 2012.
