On December 2nd Healthy Girls Fitness held its first ever Makeover Reveal Party for its 2011 winners Adina Ingram and Jeffrey Gross.  To say the night was a raging success is an understatement.  It was fantastic evening and all eyes nearly fell out when the evening's Superstars Jeffrey and Adina walked the red carpet to reveal their stunning transformations. 

Since beginning the Health Girls makeover program 3 months (12 weeks) ago, Adina has lost over 22 pounds and 18 inches, and Jeffrey over 41 pounds and 11 inches!!  There are no words to describe how enormously proud we at Healthy Girls Fitness are of Jeffrey and Adina.  They worked their butts off during their makeover and deserve every pound that has been shed.  Below are their before and after pics.  Even now as I see these pics my eyes begin to water.  What Jeffrey and Adina have become is an inspiration of possibility to us all!  Look for the 2011 Makeover Journey video coming in a few weeks - and make sure you have a box of tissues handy!  Love Michelle xxx

Soooo very excited!!  We are in week 9 of our makeover with Jeffrey and Adina and here are their results.  Jeffrey and Adina I am so proud of you!!  You have truly stepped up and given this opportunity everything you've got.  Your results are clear indication of your efforts and dedication. Way to go!  You two are awesome!!  I am honored to be your Trainer.

Every year Healthy Girls Fitness invites local men and women in the community to enter to win a 3 month makeover that includes 12 weeks of personal training (3 hourly sessions a week), a series of life coaching and weight-loss empowerment sessions, a full fitness assessment, grocery shopping service, meal planning with a licensed nutritionist, nutritional counseling, their very own food journal to track their eating habits, customized workout programs to help achieve their desired weight-loss goals and more! 

PLUS both winners will receive a prize pack at the end of their 12 week makeover program worth over $1500! The prize pack includes a shopping spree, photo shoot, pampering session, and a variety of other amazing gifts generously donated by local businesses eager to support such an amazing cause!
