HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TRAINING
Healthy Girls Fitness has two amazing female Personal Trainers who are dedicated and passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our trainers are Michelle Armstrong (founder of Healthy Girls) and Sarah Sedore. We offer personal training programs one-on-one, in partners, and in small groups (no more than 4) exclusively for women. The purpose of our Healthy Lifestyle Training is to help you to maintain your current level of fitness, and/or lose those last 10 pounds and tone. Training Sessions + Schedule
Workouts can be 30 minutes or 55 minutes and you can schedule a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5 workouts a week. We offer in-studio and in-home training.
What Your Training Includes
Your personal training program includes a one time 45-minute consultation, customized workout programs to suit your unique fitness needs and goals, goal setting and planning, nutritional counseling and guidance, monthly fitness assessments to track your progress and see your results, before and after photos, and a workbook to track your eating habits and monitor your calories.
Equipment and Method of Training
At Healthy Girls Fitness we specialize in providing a variety of exercises, exercise methods, and equipment to help you burn fat fast and tone and shape your body. Some of our equipment and exercise methods include: Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Meditation, Kettlebells, Free Weights, TRX Suspension Training, The Buddy System, Visualization and Meditation Techniques, Circuit Training, Calisthenics, Barbell and Weight Plates, Stability Balls, Cable Stations, Mental Fitness, Valslides, Medicine Balls, Bosu Balls, Ropes, HIIT Training, Resistance Bands and more!
