OUR PHILOSOPHY AND BELIEFS
At Healthy Girls Fitness we practice the philosophy of its founder Michelle Armstrong. We believe it is our role to serve you as best we can in helping you rediscover the strength, power, and beauty of your body. Your body is a gift - and in that body is the most precious gift of all - YOU! At Healthy Girls Fitness our intention is to help you reconnect with your body through the practices of mindful awareness, regular exercise and movement, and clean and conscious eating habits. Our Philosophy is:
* No one plan fits all. We are all unique and every client we work with is treated as such.
* When it comes to food - food is fuel. Eat to live, don't live to eat.
* Awareness is the first step to ending a life-long battle with body issues and weight-related challenges.
* To make regular exercise and healthy eating habits a lifestyle, we must address our emotional, spiritual, and mental self.
* Mindful eating, love, humility, regular exercise, and clean eating habits = a lean, powerful, and strong body, and joyful, fulfilling life.
* We are each responsible for our own health. Others can guide and direct us but it is up to us to choose which paths we elect to go down.
* There is no such thing as failure only feedback about what is no longer working and what we need to change.
* The definition of insanity is continuing to repeat exactly what you've done before while expecting a different result.
* Every individual is capable of achieving total transformation. There are no exceptions.

We believe if you’re not having a ton of fun doing something, then there’s not much point in doing it. When we design your exercise programs and workout experiences, we will always ask you what YOU find fun and exciting. And while we take your weight-loss and health very seriously, we like to use a lot of humor to keep things light and entertaining.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
If there’s one thing we cannot stand it’s crappy customer service. While we recognize there is no such thing as perfection, (unfortunately) we will always strive to provide you with excellent customer service and give you our undivided attention whenever it is you need it. If at any time we fail to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, please let us know so we can resolve it right away.
VARIETY
We strive to provide our female clientele with a variety of exercises and exercise methods that will prevent you from ever becoming bored or cause you to plateau in your fitness, and what keep things fresh and interesting. No two workouts are ever the same and we will always do our best to stay on top of the latest fitness trends.
LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE
At Healthy Girls Fitness we believe everyone deserves to be treated with love, respect and kindness. We treat all of our women with absolute acceptance. We do not judge - we only listen, guide, motivate and support.
RESULTS
All the ‘feel good’ stuff aside, we know that if you aren’t getting the results you want, you’ll either stop exercising (this would be ghastly) or simply go somewhere else (not much better). To combat this we make sure we take the time at the very beginning of our meeting to sit with you and set realistic goals and deadlines we know you will nail.
